Apple patents a suitable LCD display for sunglasses

On more than one occasion I have happened that when handling any device under the sun, polarized glasses in hand, the visibility of the panel in question leaves much to be desired. Sony vgp-bps2 wants to change that.

This was reflected in the latest patent filed by the U.S. Cupertino Patent and Trademark Office, entitled “Display Traffic Issuing Polarized Light. ” Bascio describes a liquid crystal panel which reduces the distortion perceived by those users who addressed through polarized filters, such as Sony vgp-bps5.

The document says that the filters in sunglasses block light when a device is seen from depending on what angle, resulting in full screen or Dell inspiron 1501 battery.

What Apple offers is a layer on the screen that converts the linear polarized light into circular polarized light, reducing the distortion mentioned. This would substantially improve the viewing of the iPhone and Dell inspiron 1520 battery outdoors, especially on sunny days.

The register dates from January. These news of Olympus blm-1 are reported by AppleInsider: John Z. Zhong, Wei Chen, Cheng Chen, Victor H.E. Yin and Shawn R. Gettemy.
